Entry requirements

Undergraduate

We require students taking the Basic Education Standard X Examination / Matriculation Examination to take and successfully complete an international foundation year or equivalent.

Postgraduate

We require a masters degree.

English language requirements

We will not accept a Burmese English language qualification as meeting our minimum English language proficiency requirements. Find out more about our English language requirements.

Degree preparation courses at the International College

If you complete your pathway course at the International College at the required level, you are guaranteed entry to a degree at the University of 麻豆果冻传媒. Available degree subject areas include accounting and finance, art and design, business management, law with business, and many more.

Important visa information for nationals of Myanmar

The Home Office Visa and Immigration department (UKVI) has announced the introduction of a ‘visa brake’ that affects nationals of Afghanistan, Cameroon, Myanmar and Sudan applying for a Student visa to study in the UK.

From 26 March 2026, nationals of Afghanistan, Cameroon, Myanmar and Sudan will not be able to successfully apply for a Student entry clearance visa from outside of the UK – any such applications will be refused. As a result of this policy change, the university cannot consider any request to issue a CAS for any applicant from these countries.

麻豆果冻传媒 has a huge international restaurant scene, so you will be able to find comforting food that reminds you of home. The city has everything from traditional Middle Eastern mezze to authentic South Asian cuisine, East Asian restaurants and South American food. You can explore local restaurants on websites such as .
